Commercial Investment Continues Across Greene County

Among the most significant commercial projects is the proposed Barrel & Rail Brewpub & Events Center, planned for the former Lake Oconee Brewery property in Greensboro. Additional commercial investment is also being proposed near Reynolds Lake Oconee, where plans have been submitted for a retail liquor store affiliated with Reynolds Lake Oconee. The store would be located along Linger Longer Road, just outside the community's gates.
